Officially since 2021. We were founded bySt Lucian-British multidisciplinary creative Curmiah Lisette, to engage patrons with art as a tool for reparative and climate justice. Curmiah has been doing this work for over a decade.
Both! Tropical Theatre is our limited company delivering multiple services, Tropical Theatre Arts is our community interest company focusing solely on community-centred art-education and artists' development.
We have 1 permanent and 1 seasonal volunteer staff. We hire other creatives on a project-by-project basis. Expansion is the goal so if you're a creative wanting to join our roster, get in touch! If you're a developing artist looking for volunteer work experience, email us. And if you're a business looking for that unique creative touch, book us today. Your patronage will create opportunities for other creatives.
Our headquarters are in London, but we are operational in St Lucia. We have trusted hands on the ground who can oversee projects for us.
